In this article you will be taken through all the columns that form the Campaigns Page on the My Menu platform.
To access the Campaigns Page, click on the "CAMPAIGN" tab located on the left-hand side of your My Menu platform screen.
Upon landing, you'll see a page resembling the example below. If you're new to using the campaigns feature, you'll only see the "CREATE" button.
To understand what each section means, follow the number guide as follows:
"Create": This button allows you to initiate a new campaign.
Name: This column displays the names of your campaigns.
Campaign Visibility: Indicates the platforms where your campaign will appear, such as QR Menu, Tablet, and/or Online Ordering.
Published: Indicates whether a campaign is currently active.
Type: Specifies the trigger type for each campaign, which can include MENU SELECTED, SECTION SELECTED, ITEM SELECTED, or A CERTAIN TIME.
Actions: Click "EDIT" to make changes to a selected campaign, or "DUPLICATE" to create a copy of it.
